Description
3 days dedicated to visit Florence, its timeless monuments and to experience world-famous Italian cuisine.
These hands-on cooking lessons are held in one large demonstration kitchen able to accommodate up to 18 students. Students are grouped into work stations equipped with sink, stove tops, counter tops and all necessary utensils.
Classes are tought in English language by local chefs and food experts. A mirror placed over the chef head reflects his hands while cooking, in these way students will be able to catch every little detail and chef's movement.
The menu varies weekly; 3 or 4 dishes will be taught in each lesson. Lessons start at 3.00 p.m. and end at about 5.30 p.m. The tasting dinner follows the class.

Rates
Euro 525,00 per person - minimum 2 people. Single room extra charge 40 euro per night. For packages in April - May - June - half July - September and October, extra charge 98 euro per person. Extra night extra charge per person: 50,00 euro in low season, 75,00 in high season.
Included in prices 3 nights in a Double Classic Room at Hotel Adler Cavalieri, 4 stars hotel, located in Florence centre, buffet, continental breakfast, dinner in a traditional restaurant, two group cooking classes, 2 tasting dinners of prepared food at the school, Uffizi Gallery pre-booked tickets, Accademia Gallery group guided tour, Florence panoramic bus tour, Tuscan Cuisine book.
Booking conditions
A 20% non-refundable deposit by credit card is requested to secure the booking. Full payment is due at least 15 days before the arrival.
Cancellation policy
The deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs within 15 days before the check-in date, no further penalty is required.
In case of cancellations from 14 days before the arrival until 3 days before the check-in date, cancellation penalty is 50% of total price, the 50% already paid (less bank transfer commissions) will be returned.
From 48 from the check-in date, and in case of no-show, cancellation penalty is 100% of total price.
