♥ Dear Marianna, we enjoyed our stay in Florence very much. The Serristori palace is only 300 metres from the Ponte Vecchio or from the Santa Croce.on the river Arno. Our apartment, the St. Nicolas, is on the second floor and the windows open on an inside garden, no noise!. We had a nice terrace too, with view on Piazzale Michelangelo,which was very agrable for breakfast ,or for dinner.The kitchen is equiped with micro oven and dish-washer,.and everything all for four peoples. There is a TV with satellite,and a safe.You can arrive with a little luggage because in the bassement there is a washing machine and a dryer (with everything for cleaning ) for the guests and it is free!. In front of the palace there is the bus-stop to go to the centrum or to the railways station, the bus arrives in every 8 minutes. At the reception Daniela waits for you, she is very helpful in all situation. There was a bottle of Champagne in our flat at arrive. We were wery happy in this flat, and I thank you so much to organize everything in the last minute. I'll tell these travel to my friend and i recommend your agence and the Serristori palace for everybody. Thank you for your gentillesse. Kings regards : Maria

We arrived home this weekend from a lovely vacation in Italy. Upon arrival at our Florence hotel we found the much anticipated voucher for the Uffizi and Vasari Corridor tour. It was wonderful.
We were in an English speaking group that toured at 3:15 on Saturday Oct. 10. Our guide was excellent. She conveyed her knowledge and love of Italy and its treasures to us in a meaningful way. (I might add that she had her hands full with some unruly members, too.)
We thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to friends travelling to Italy. Thank you very much! We will always remember this wonderful trip. Gabrielle

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide feedback on our
recent tour of the Accademia Gallery and the Uffizi Gallery. First of
all I would like to state that both tour guides were excellent,
particularly the guy who led us through the Uffizi. He was extremely
knowledgeable about his subject matter and was happy to answer any and
all questions. In short, he was a delight.
The only thing that took away from a generally positive experience was

♥ The City Walking Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide was very knowledgeable, provided interesting historical facts about Florence and the area, and was able to answer all of the questions from our group. Our guide mentioned other points of interest we might like to see while we were there as well. He was very confortable using the English language.

R. was so good to stay and interpret for us so we could understand what R. was teaching us. He is a kind and gentle man. Thank you so much for setting that up for us. I hope to make it back to Italy sometime soon, and spend all my time around Siena. I enjoyed Roma and Firenze, but I found Tuscany to be the most beautiful and relaxing place, with the nicest people. Easier to recollect, we are the Indianos who had the car accident and featured in the local newspapers........... We had a fantastic visit to the Vatican Museums with the private tour from Rome-Museum.com. It was very clear that our guide, Daniela, was extremely knowledgeable about so much of the fantastic works of art at the Vatican Museums. She took the time to give us so much wonderful information about so many of the major art pieces at the museums. Daniela also took some time at the end of the museum tour to show us around St. Peter’s Basilica and explain some of the history of the architecture and the additional works of art in the Basilica. Being in a small group was also great, as we were able to maneuver around some of the larger tours that were visiting the museums at the same time! It was a great way to tour the Vatican Museums. I would definitely recommend it to others planning a visit!

Although we arrived late the representative managed to get us in and we were very greatful for that.
In addition, our Tour guide was fantastic. I regret that I do not remember his name, but he said the most interesting things and had great knowledge and a real passion for the art works. We did not have a chance to thank him properly and to express how much we enjoyed his tour. I fear that he thought we were indifferent because the acoustic system allowed us to wander off, but we enjoyed hearing him very much! Please thank him from us and let him know that he is very much appreciated.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our tour of the Vatican Museums organized by your company. We visited on the 12 December and our guide was Alfredo Chiari. He was simply fantastic - extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and his English was impeccable. This was the second time we took this tour. 13 months ago we had taken the same tour with Ms Carbonara (who, we understand, had a baby recently - congratulations to her) who had also given us a memorable tour.
Well done to you all, especially to Ms Carbonara and Alfredo Chiari for doing such a good job.

Our tour was perfect. The guide (Ms Maria Gallardo) was very well prepared, friendly and could show and expain to us every thing we wished.The only negative aspect was that she didn't speak portughese fluently. But this was compensated by her goodwill.
Although this was a very expensive tour, we learned a lot about history and art.

we enjoyed our tour with Angelika Kunkler a lot. She
concentrated on the essentials and was clever to bring us
into the museum without waiting time. This worked in part
because we had a 81 year old gentleman with us who needed a
stick. It would be important for guided tours to get
immediate access without any trouble and waigting times
even under circumstances when there only people without a
stick.

If a short note then I was very pleased with the guide and the service. Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to answer all of our questions and to point out interesting facts in the museum. Of course the opportunity to miss most of the lines was worth the cost of the service but having a friendly, knowledgeable guide was a big plus. ♥ It was excellent – of course. We had some problem finding the guide at the meeting point, but in retrospect, all of the information was there. The guide was brilliant, the Vatican was simply too full of too many people, but I have no suggestions as to what you can do about that!
There did seem to be a ot of steps getting in to the building, maybe some shortening of all of the steps might be possible.
